Take Control of your Projects
PRINCE2™ is a fully scalable Project Management method. It ensures a better chance of success without stifling creativity. Key to the PRINCE2™ method is the Business Case and a Product Based Planning technique; these together with predetermined stages not only keep the project manageable but focussed on the delivery of the business objectives.
The PRINCE2™ two Qualifications, four Courses
The PRINCE2™ standard is controlled by the APM Group which awards the qualifications. I-CoVE works closely with its Accredited Training Organisation, AFA, to ensure standards are maintained.
