OVERVIEW:
This one-day Bridging Course will introduce the key components of ITIL® Version 3. It will cover the key differences between Version 2 and Version 3 and explain how Service Management is evolving.
WHO WILL BENEFIT:
This course is aimed at all stakeholders in Service Management, including IT Service Managers and Service Professionals. Delegates will need a working knowledge of ITIL® Version 2 and must possess ITIL® Version 1 or Version 2 Foundation Certification in order to attend this course.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
This course will develop a basic understanding of the ITIL® Version 3 lifecycle approach, including all core components and key considerations for implementation, operation and improvement.
Throughout the course the differences from and similarities to ITIL® Version 2 will also be highlighted and explained.
At the end of the course delegates will:

Be able to relate ITIL® Version 3 processes to their current situation
Be eligible to sit the ITIL® Version 3 Foundation examination

COURSE MATERIALS:
Delegates will receive FGI ITIL V2 to V3 Foundation Bridging courseware.
This is an intensive course and delegates will have the opportunity to sit a half-hour multiple choice bridging examination within 3 weeks of the course. The examination fee is included in the price.
